- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional, for balance)
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
- 1 teaspoon kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves), crushed
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- 1 tablespoon butter (for finishing)
