Orders once placed and paid for cannot be cancelled. However, if there is non-availability of product or if product fails to comply with quality standards that Sankranti hotels adheres to, the management will choose to cancel the order and refund the customer. The final decision rests with the management. Bills paid in cash will be reimbursed in person, bills paid through digital payment methods will be refunded by reversing the transaction online at our end.
The amount will be returned to the customer account within 5 to 7 working days. Sankranti hotels is not responsible for any delays in refund due to the bank.
